the good old days

upon old friends finding my blog or me finding them, i can't help but think back to the good old days of long beach. i loved everything about living there-my school, my friends, my church, my apartments and even some of my mistakes. there's always gonna be that one place you look back on where you did a lot of growing up and self-discovery-the place where you really started to come into your own. i miss going over to bayba and jones's apartment everyday making fun of boys. i miss swimming in erin's pool with her and her family. i miss driving down pch. i'll always love the gang from beverly plaza i miss the saturn-half-asian triad. i miss diane, adam and dan being able to only travel 30 minutes or less to hang out. i even miss seeing jenette lecture brian during a party and going to hockey games and seeing the hockey gang. i will forever cherish those days and hope to rekindle and strengthen those old friendships for years to come.
